Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Veeva Systems, you will design and build intuitive internal tools and applications for the life sciences industry, working in a flexible environment that supports both remote and in-office work.

• Drive user-centered design by engaging with internal consultants.
• Architect and develop full-stack applications using React and Python/TypeScript.
• Design and operate serverless services using AWS Lambda and ECS with Fargate.
• Manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform for automated and scalable environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Monitor and optimize application performance and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-heavy engineering.
• Strong user-centric mindset and communication skills.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript and React.
• Deep knowledge of Python or TypeScript for backend services.
• Experience with AWS services and deploying production applications.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI.
