Systems Analyst - Integrations Team - Remote

Overview

The Systems Analyst is a key role in the Integrations team under the Corporate Technology umbrella, responsible for evaluating existing systems and designing integrations between various systems.

In Short

• Analyze business requirements and create integration solutions.
• Prepare functional and non-functional documents.
• Document technical solutions using Confluence and UML diagrams.
• Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Support development and QA teams during implementation and testing.
• Conduct regular status update meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage backlog building and grooming processes.
• Establish relationships with business partners.

Requirements

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Swagger, YAML.
• Knowledge of RAML is a plus.
• Experience with MuleSoft integration platform.
• Knowledge of HTTP Protocol.
• Experience with SQL queries and data analysis.
• Knowledge of UML and experience with algorithms.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman/SoapUI.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
