As a Senior Manager of Customer Success - Kasten and Veeam Data Cloud Vault, you will play a key role in leading the strategy and execution for ensuring that high-quality talent are efficiently and optimally placed to meet client demand.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in client/customer success or account management.
  • Ability to collaborate and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience leading international teams.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes-based environments preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of Veeam products.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and data protection.
  • Kubernetes certifications preferred.
  • Self-motivated and data-driven individual.
  • Proficient in Office products.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware a plus.
