  • Convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Utilize a CRM system for managing customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or related roles in B2B environments.
  • 10+ years of total professional experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and written communication skills.
  • Experience working as a fully remote employee.
  • Ability to communicate with high-level technology executives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of legal contracts and procurement processes.
  • Proven ability to convey technical concepts to varying audiences.
  • A “can do” attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
