Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in customer engagement or marketing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in developing engaging content.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Experience in process improvements.
• Project management skills; Monday.com and Jira experience a plus.
• Google Analytics experience required.
