In Short

• Act as the organizational backbone of the team in customer consulting.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide advice on funding opportunities.
• Support customers in filling out funding applications.
• Conduct initial conversations and follow-up discussions with interested customers.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Document customer contacts in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and training team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in conducting phone calls and online meetings.
• Service-oriented and passionate about helping people.
• Clear and error-free written expression in German.
• Proactive with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Enthusiasm for AI and regular use of tools like ChatGPT.
• Ability to follow existing processes.
• Experience in consulting or sales is a plus but not required.
• Experience with funding applications or educational institutions is a plus but not required.
