In Short

  • Conduct initial conversations with interested customers who have registered on our website.
  • Carry out follow-up conversations and provide continuous support in the sales process.
  • Advise on funding opportunities through the Qualification Opportunities Act (no prior knowledge required).
  • Assist customers in filling out funding applications and accompany them throughout the application process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Document customer contacts in the CRM system.
