• Identify opportunities for automation within customer success processes.
• Provide technical support to the customer success team.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for automation processes.
• Train and support team members on new automation tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Puppet.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of Grafana and SQL.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
