Overview

The Market Development Executive at Varicent is responsible for driving pipeline creation and accelerating revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem, engaging Workday sellers, and supporting strategic pursuits.

  • Lead outreach and execution of Workday Enablement Meetings.

  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance Varicent’s position in the Workday ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or business development.
  • 3+ years working with ecosystem partners, preferably Workday.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and presentation abilities.
  • Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and partner co-sell mechanics.
  • Experience with CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
