Overview

The Webinar Manager will be a key player in Vanta’s Growth Marketing team, responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and executing a comprehensive virtual event and international webinar program.

In Short

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute 6-10 high-quality webinars and virtual events per quarter.
• Manage end-to-end event production, including logistics and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and content teams.
• Develop and track key performance indicators.
• Conduct post-event analysis and develop optimization strategies.
• Repurpose webinar content into multiple formats.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital event management.
• Proven track record of successful webinar programs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in webinar platforms (Zoom preferred) and marketing tools (Hubspot preferred).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing strategies.
