Website Manager - Remote

Overview

Cobalt is looking for a website manager to join our demand generation team. This position will be responsible for supporting our website strategy, including overall Information Architecture (IA), content management, and day-to-day maintenance, focusing on the user experience and buyer’s journey, as well as website optimization and reporting.

In Short

• Own the overarching strategic vision of web projects spanning design, development, and optimization.
• Facilitate the collaborative development of the website, managing inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Increase traffic and engagement to the website.
• Lead IA enhancement efforts.
• Manage the website’s content, including creating new and optimizing existing pages.
• Generate mockups of web page designs and workflows.
• Create and optimize website landing pages to maximize conversion.
• Develop an understanding of our buyers and their digital journeys.
• Monitor, assess, and report on website performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot website technical issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience running a B2B corporate website.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Strong cross-functional team/project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Strong project management experience.
• Knowledge of design, UX, testing, and product management.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization.
• Strong proficiency with web performance tools.
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
