Overview

The ON24 marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven marketer responsible for the tactical execution and strategy of our global webinar programs. The Webinar Program Manager will drive the creation of digital experiences at ON24 while setting the standard for best practices in the industry, developing innovative new applications of ON24 solutions while driving pipeline generation and acceleration.

• Drive the strategy for global webinars and digital experiences.

• Develop unique, engaging webinar experiences.

Requirements

• BA/BS in marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• 2-3 years experience with ON24 and Marketo.
• Strong program management background.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in delivering multi-channel webinars.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Motivated self-starter with innovative ideas.
• Experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
