In Short

• Lead and advise on UI/UX best practices and standards.
• Build, maintain, and update existing shared UI components.
• Educate engineers on UX and industry standards.

• Make key technical decisions for product teams.
• Rally cross-functional teams to drive initiatives to completion.
• Address product, technical, and operational challenges.
• Serve as a cultural leader and mentor engineers.
• Over 9 years of industry experience required.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in frontend, design systems, or accessibility.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
• Mastery in system design and software architecture.
• Experience building tooling for developers.
• Expertise in debugging platform tooling.
• Strong leadership and mentorship experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
