Overview

As a Senior Corporate Development Manager at Vanta, you will help shape Vanta’s long-term growth strategy through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. This role is pivotal in influencing product strategy, market expansion, and the company's trajectory.

In Short

• Partner closely with leaders to define strategy and assess growth opportunities.
• Develop and present business case memos and financial analysis.
• Drive CorpDev processes end-to-end including due diligence.
• Own key financial analysis for decision making and negotiations.
• Build perspectives on strategic trends and gather competitive intelligence.
• Work cross-functionally across various teams including EPD and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Development or similar fields.
• Ability to distill information and design creative solutions.
• Self-driven with an ownership mentality.
• Experience managing M&A and strategic partnerships end to end.
• Domain knowledge of GRC & Security end markets is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
• Top-notch financial modeling and analytical skills.
