Overview

The Corporate Development team at BILL is seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Manager to support the execution of Corporate Development transactions, leveraging analytical skills to develop financial models and assist in structuring commercial transactions.

In Short

• Be a key strategic partner to leaders in Corporate Development, Revenue, and Finance.
• Own commercial modeling for Partnerships and M&A deals.
• Leverage financial models to influence pricing of commercial opportunities.
• Assist in M&A activities including business case development and due diligence.
• Conduct benchmarking and ROI analysis for investment decisions.
• Perform in-depth analysis of businesses and markets.
• Influence projects end-to-end and communicate recommendations.
• Make executive presentations for M&A and Corporate Strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience in B2B Payments, Fintech, or SaaS preferred.
• Expert in PowerPoint, Excel modeling, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of strategy.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-facing experience.
