Overview

As Manager, Corporate Development, you will play a key role in driving corporate development activities at Keyloop, contributing to strategic initiatives and working closely with executive leadership and private equity investors.

In Short

• Lead various Corporate Development projects.
• Conduct financial analysis, modelling, and valuation.
• Engage in transaction origination and market mapping.
• Prepare internal approval presentations for transactions.
• Collaborate with Product and internal stakeholders on projects.
• Participate in update calls and prepare materials.
• Maintain deal flow databases and track industry developments.
• Negotiate and review transaction documentation.

Requirements

• Professional services background in investment banking or transaction services.
• Software M&A/transaction experience.
• Experience in financial analysis and due diligence.
• Involvement in acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio reviews.
• Creative self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Understanding of software/technology business drivers.
• Experience with private equity backed businesses preferred.
