Program Manager, Professional Services - Remote

Overview

As a Program Manager (PM) in Professional Services at Vanta, you will manage KPIs associated with onboarding and implementing our largest customers, while building processes and workflows within the CTS organization.

In Short

• Own monitoring of post-sales SME delivery programs for commercial and enterprise accounts.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with customer success managers, GRC SMEs, and Product teams.
• Standardize and scale playbooks for framework mapping and evidence expectations.
• Continuously monitor delivery against KPIs and develop new ones over time.
• Enable new SMEs and CSMs on program migration processes.

Requirements

• Experience in program management and stakeholder leadership.
• Fluency in GRC and audit processes.
• Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency.
