Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 7+ years of program management experience.
• Experience in a client-facing SaaS or enterprise software role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira).
• Strong business acumen and budget management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• PMP or PgMP certification is a bonus.
• Experience managing cross-functional workstreams is a bonus.
