Overview

As a Manager, Sales Development at Vanta, you will play a key role in scaling and optimizing our EMEA Sales Development Team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive sales environment.

• Oversee recruitment, mentoring, and development of SDRs.
• Identify opportunities to improve process and efficiency.
• Build and implement a data-driven outbound strategy.
• Deliver against sales pipeline and headcount targets.

Requirements

• Experience managing high-performing outbound SaaS sales teams.
• Track record of team attainment as a front-line leader.
• Proven experience in scaling teams and selling complex solutions.
• Leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work in the London office 3 days per week.
