Junior Paralegal - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Paralegal at Vanta, you will support our G&A teams by managing core operational legal functions across corporate governance, equity administration, and legal operations. This role is a critical foundation for ensuring compliance as we scale globally.

In Short

• Support corporate governance and legal entity maintenance across domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Own and improve legal records and documentation workflows.
• Enable international expansion and maintain subsidiary compliance.
• Maintain Vanta’s equity platform (Carta) and manage employee equity records.
• Assist with operational legal support needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and legal documentation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a corporate or legal assistant, paralegal, or legal operations professional.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow with the team.
• Familiarity with corporate entity management and/or equity administration tools is a plus.
