As a GRC AI Subject Matter Expert at Vanta, you will ensure our AI features are accurate and aligned with compliance standards, bridging GRC knowledge with AI evaluation.

In Short

• Design and test AI prompts in collaboration with engineers and PMs.
• Build and maintain datasets representing real-world GRC answers.
• Evaluate AI output quality and define launch-readiness criteria.
• Ensure responsible AI use and design auditable results.
• Document processes and conduct training sessions for teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect AI improvements to customer trust.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of GRC or InfoSec experience with frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• 1-3 years of experience in AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong understanding of compliance workflows.
• Skilled in writing clear instructions and evaluation guides.
• Comfortable with structured data and GRC artifacts.
• Curious and motivated to improve AI systems.
• Certifications like CISA or CISSP are a plus.
