As the Director of Account Management for EMEA at Vanta, you will drive retention and expansion of the customer base, leading a team of Account Managers and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience, with 5+ years in management at a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record in revenue retention and expansion in EMEA.
  • Experience leading teams serving mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional influencing ability.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage SaaS company.
  • Enthusiasm for cybersecurity and customer trust.
