Overview

As Vanta’s west region Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their security and compliance journeys with Vanta's specialized solutions.

In Short

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Vanta’s upmarket customers.
  • Manage a book of ~50 customers ranging from 401 to 2000 employee accounts.
  • Partner with Account Managers for renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Vanta.
  • Drive customers to achieve specific business outcomes.
  • Become a product expert on Vanta’s compliance offerings.
  • Provide technical answers to help customers achieve compliance.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
  • Influence Vanta’s strategy based on customer feedback.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
  • Experience with C-level executives and relationship building.
  • Ability to provide top-notch account management.
  • Nimbleness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in the security or compliance industry.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Empathy towards customers with a track record of retention.
  • Technical competency to understand Vanta’s software.
  • Problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for start-up impact.
  • Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency.
