Overview

As a Salesforce Administrator at Vanta, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem to support our presales motion and GTM operations.

In Short

• Customize, maintain, and manage the Salesforce platform and integrated Go-To-Market tools.
• Configure and maintain LeanData routing logic.
• Design, build, and implement custom objects and workflows.
• Build and manage Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Support integration projects with third-party applications.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and performance tuning.
• Provide troubleshooting for Salesforce and GTM tool issues.
• Collaborate with various teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with LeanData routing configuration.
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills.
