Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Samsara will work closely with customers to understand their needs, customize solutions, and support their long-term success in utilizing the IoT platform.

In Short

  • Work with customers post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Support.
  • Travel to customer sites in Germany, The Netherlands, and the UK.
  • Compose success plans and conduct executive reviews.
  • Understand and communicate the capabilities of the Samsara platform.
  • Mentor other team members in Customer Success.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Customer Success, support or account management role.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS preferred.
  • Strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with technical products.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of effective communication.
  • Passion for initiative and thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Diplomacy and tact under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
