Credit and Collections Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Credit and Collections Manager at Vanta, you will own the process of collecting cash from customers and help build out the credit process while managing a new and growing team of collection specialists.

In Short

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Manage day-to-day collections activities.
• Oversee the timely collection of overdue accounts.
• Prepare and distribute aging reports.
• Establish and enforce credit policies.
• Perform credit assessments and monitor customer creditworthiness.
• Track and report on key metrics.
• Lead and develop a team of collections specialists.
• Identify opportunities to enhance credit and collections processes.
• Collaborate with accounting and IT teams for system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit and collections.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management.
• Experience in a SaaS company preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience with NetSuite and Tesorio.
• Certified Credit Executive (CCE) is a plus.
