Overview

Vanigent is hiring an HR Director - Philippines to lead HR for Vanivation Corp., our local independent entity in the Philippines. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment supporting international operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with 8-10 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
• Deep expertise in Philippine labor law and employee relations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Experience in high-growth or transitional HR environments.
• Knowledge of data privacy requirements in HR.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to start immediately, preferred but not required.
