Vanigent is hiring an HR Director - Philippines to lead HR for Vanivation Corp., our local independent entity in the Philippines. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment supporting international operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12-15 years of progressive HR experience; 8-10 years in leadership.
• Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
• Deep expertise in Philippine labor law and employee relations.
• Strong background in HR business partnering and operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Available to start immediately preferred.
