Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-driven Head of PMO to lead our organization’s project and product delivery operations. This role will oversee Project Managers and Technical Product Managers, drive enterprise portfolio planning, and personally lead critical high-impact projects.

In Short

Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the Project Management Office.
Manage high-impact, complex projects directly.
Oversee Project Managers and Technical Product Managers.
Ensure alignment of initiatives with business goals.
Develop and improve PMO methodologies and standards.
Manage project and product portfolio prioritization.
Provide executive-level reporting on project status and risks.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies in product development.
Lead and develop PMO personnel.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or Portfolio Management certifications are an advantage.
10+ years of experience in project management or PMO leadership.
Strong background in technology or software development preferred.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
