Overview

The Program Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistical aspects of various programs in a fast-paced, virtual environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.

In Short

  • Build and manage event registration sites using CVENT.
  • Monitor and report on program registrations.
  • Coordinate communications with AV vendors for workshops.
  • Send calendar holds to participants and manage updates.
  • Respond to shared inbox inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct virtual workshops up to three times a month.
  • Run programs digitally during congresses.
  • Update master tracker tasks daily.
  • Complete program closeouts and deliverables post-event.
  • Collaborate with account managers on business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1+ years’ experience in logistics coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
