Overview

Aspire Software is currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team! We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth across multiple revenue streams, including SaaS, Partnerships, and Reseller Networks. This position is responsible for executing sales strategies, aligning with Aspire’s objectives to expand our market presence and revenue. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B small and mid-market sales, a strong record of success in sales leadership, and a collaborative approach to guiding a results-oriented sales team.

In Short

  • Team Management and Leadership: Recruit, hire and onboard sales representatives. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support for individual and team development. Promote a positive sales culture with clear values and accountability.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop team quotas and action plans that align with the overall company goals. Monitor sales pipelines and ensure team activities align with sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze KPIs such as quota attainment, deal conversion rates, sales cycle length, and pipeline health.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the team to implement and optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Lead or assist in high-stakes negotiations or complex customer deals.
  • Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensure the sales team complies with legal, ethical, and company policies.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • 3+ years of proven successful experience working in SaaS sales, Software sales, or Cloud sales environment.
  • Experience working with international teams and knowledge of regional market dynamics.
  • Ability to travel globally for industry events.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to hit goals.
  • Ability to structure sales pipelines, assign territories, and manage quotas.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
