Overview

The Sales Executive will drive new business growth in the hospitality sector by acquiring new clients and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Proactively identify and engage new hotel prospects.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Track sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Maintain high daily activity levels in outreach efforts.
  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, ideally in hospitality software or SaaS.
  • Proven success in cold prospecting and outbound sales.
  • Experience in demoing software solutions to decision-makers.
  • Ability to sell to independent hotels and boutique properties.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
