Overview

Valsoft Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our growing global HR Function. You will join a group of companies that has a global HR presence across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe, currently consisting of 22 companies and looking after 600+ employees.

In Short

• Manage first level employee relations casework.
• Advise managers on employment terms and conditions.
• Provide first-line advice on employment matters.
• Liaise with payroll teams for effective communication.
• Carry out new starter inductions.
• Support change management processes.
• Participate in the implementation of specific HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience in generalist or specialist capacity.
• Excellent knowledge of employment law.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude.
• Self-starter able to work independently and in teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Ireland.
