As a Managed Service Provider, we specialize in Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal and WordPress, the Atlassian toolset, DevOps tools, and IT administration - all in the private or public cloud. The Commercial Delivery Leader role will work within the Professional Services department helping to drive all commercial business and revenue. The Delivery Leader will work with a team of Project and Program Managers to ensure milestones are being achieved, revenue goals for projects are defined and met, and resources are allocated according to projects which are starting, in progress, or offboarding. This role will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Professional Services.

In Short

• Actively drives business in Commercial projects, including forming and building relationships with existing and new clients
• Provides World Class Customer experience, distributes and manages NPS
• Communicates across Commercial projects to ensure milestones and financial objectives are met
• Builds revenue and resource allocation reports, communicates reports to the Senior Leadership Team
• Builds a Case study and Reference Library using Confluence
• Ensures P&L objectives are met using Jira and other tools as directed
• Building a positive and engaged Consulting team
• Coordinate with sales support to determine new projects starting and understand / agree upon timeframes
• Responsible for delivery of client services and support

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, CS, MIS, or related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in management
• Strong experience with financial forecasting and portfolio management
• Experience implementing the Atlassian Tools across multiple environments, including Cloud Migrations and ESM / ITSM implementations.
• Strong experience working across Commercial accounts.
• Ability to drive business and revenue across multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organization, and process implementation skills
