Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join McDonald’s UK&I as a Commercial Delivery Manager within our agile and high-performing Commercial Delivery team. You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving group that thrives on autonomy and innovation. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with or at a Delivery Aggregator who’s confident, independent, and a self-starter. You’ll play a key role in accelerating the growth of McDelivery through our commercial relationships with UberEats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo.

In Short

• Delivering the McDelivery commercial strategy to grow orders and expand reach
• Partnering with Tech and Marketing to enhance the McDonald’s App delivery experience
• Leading cross-functional collaboration for promotions and advertising with Delivery Partners
• Supporting the deployment of global tech initiatives to strengthen customer and commercial capabilities
• Creating an in-app advertising investment strategy with Delivery Partners
• Driving ways to unlock additional investment from UberEats, Just Eat & Deliveroo

Requirements

• Experience with Delivery Aggregators (UberEats, Just Eat, or Deliveroo) or within the gig economy and understand the ‘Last Mile’ Delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a small, agile team where self-leadership is key
• Strong presentation and communication skills — confident engaging senior stakeholders
• A self-critical, analytical mindset — someone who reviews and refines their own work and doesn’t rely on being spoon-fed
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and introducing fresh perspectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
