Join Delivery Associates as a Delivery Leader and support us deliver impact on the biggest issues facing society today - climate, education, health, innovation, and others - in partnership with governments, philanthropy, and non-profit partners in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In Short

• Work with leaders in the public sector and impact organizations.
• Support government partners to improve their data capacities.
• Build and lead relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Run effective meetings and workshops.
• Turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Communicate complex problems clearly.
• Manage projects with clear structure and planning.
• Identify root causes and develop solutions.
• Navigate complexity in policy and program implementation.
• Work collaboratively in a remote team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s is a plus.
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Business level proficiency in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish is desirable.
• Expertise in data analysis and facilitation.
• Experience with standard business tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-40%.
• Must be based in Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Availability to start as early as April 2025.
