The Vice President of Broker Sales will be responsible for generating new business in the northeast region, focusing on brokers and employers to simplify healthcare through the Valenz platform.

  • Prospect for new business through various techniques.
  • Schedule meetings to present the Valenz Platform.
  • Understand Valenz products and services thoroughly.
  • Attend industry events to network and generate business.
  • Respond to prospect inquiries promptly.
  • Work closely with other teams to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Up to 30% travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development or sales in healthcare.
  • Experience with healthcare benefits brokers and employers.
  • Proven sales success and strategy execution.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Knowledge of healthcare plan administration.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
