  • Ensure smooth client transitions during service implementation.
  • Up to 30% travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development or sales in healthcare or insurance.
  • Experience with healthcare benefits brokers and employers.
  • Proven success in sales strategies and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Knowledge of healthcare plan administration.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
