Overview

As a Junior Data Analyst at Valenz Health, you'll help keep our data processes running smoothly and support the team in staying organized and efficient.

In Short

• Regularly update and maintain Machine-Readable Files (MRF) for data accuracy.
• Manage Trello board for MRF updates and team coordination.
• Create and update team playbooks for efficiency improvements.
• Submit and track user requests via the SRE Teams Channel.
• Attend regular team meetings via Microsoft Teams for updates.
• Respond to Operations-related questions via Outlook.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to streamline data operations.
• Assist in data-related documentation and process improvements.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data operations or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to use Microsoft Teams for communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
