In Short

• Seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Analyst to support customers in managing and optimizing product data syndication.
• Role involves configuring, mapping, and validating product content across various eCommerce platforms.
• Utilize Syndigo-provided software tools to manage data syndication.
• Access and analyze eCommerce end-point requirements and documentation.
• Set up customer instances and configure end-points using customer account credentials.
• Monitor item and channel feedback, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer support through a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve mapping and validation issues.
• Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Rotational shifts required.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in operations management focused on API connectors and data transformations.
• Strong technical background in integration tools and systems.
• Proficiency in data transformation, mapping standards, and API management.
• Experience with integration platforms and cloud-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and data flows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Relevant certifications in data analytics or API management are a plus.
• Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
