Overview

We're seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Fully Remote) to prospect and contact potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our salespeople.

In Short

  • Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.

  • Must generate 5 qualified sales calls per week.
  • Daily tasks include adding leads, making calls, and updating CRM.
  • High-touch manual outreach and follow-ups required.
  • Daily tracking of activities and participation in team huddles.
  • Engagement in community awareness and sales training.
  • Must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in sales development or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Action-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to make a high volume of calls daily.
  • Experience with outreach tools like Apollo.io is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales are essential.
