Overview

We are seeking an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our team! This is a fully remote position aimed at individuals residing in all of Latin America.

In Short

• Fully remote position.
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
• Requires near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) with a neutral accent.
• Role involves prospecting and contacting potential clients.
• Goal is to schedule discovery calls for salespeople.
• Expected to generate 5 qualified sales calls per week.
• Daily tasks include adding leads, making calls, and updating CRM.
• High-touch manual outreach and follow-ups required.
• Participation in team huddles and feedback sessions.
• Opportunity to experiment with social media outreach.
