In Short

  • Identify, segment, and qualify leads across SMB, ISV, and MSP channels.
  • Design, automate, and optimize multi-channel outreach sequences using tools like Apollo and HubSpot.
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused sales copy and run A/B tests.
  • Mentor SDRs and AEs on messaging and automation best practices.
  • Track KPIs, generate insights, and propose improvements to outreach strategy.
  • Maintain structured data and activity records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to align messaging.
  • Stay up to date with AI tools and outbound techniques.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development or business development.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation tools.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and coach others.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
