Overview

The Senior Cybersecurity Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and driving growth opportunities within UltraViolet Cyber's MSSP customers, ensuring satisfaction and high retention rates.

In Short

  • Own post-sale relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to expand cybersecurity solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to optimize customer usage of cybersecurity services.
  • Lead program management for key customer accounts.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with stakeholders in customer organizations.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiate service upgrades.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
  • Track KPIs for customer success and provide reports to leadership.
  • Stay informed on cybersecurity trends to offer insights to customers.
  • Travel throughout the U.S. approximately 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management and customer success in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record in customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Experience managing complex customer accounts with tailored solutions.
  • Strong program management skills and experience leading customer projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Expertise in selling cybersecurity managed services or professional services.
  • Ability to travel regularly for onsite meetings.
