Overview

Userbrain is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that helps teams test products with real users. We are looking for a proactive Account Executive (AE) to own the sales pipeline, conduct meetings, and close deals.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, trial support, negotiation, and close.
  • Work with qualified inbound leads and PQLs, while building your own pipeline.
  • Personalize outreach and follow-ups across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow for lead research and automation.
  • Track and update the CRM daily, ensuring accurate stages and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Success teams for refined strategies.
  • Report weekly on pipeline health and activity levels.
  • Experiment with new approaches to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with AI tools for sales is a plus.
