Overview

As a Stability Coordinator at Solventum, you will play a key role in setting up stability studies and collaborating with innovative teams to enhance healthcare solutions.

In Short

• Set up stability studies and handle samples.
• Distribute samples to testing laboratories.
• Maintain stability studies in a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Monitor day-to-day operations of stability chambers.
• Communicate with Engineers and Laboratory staff regarding stability studies.
• Work in a flexible environment with various products.
• Collaborate with diverse teams globally.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards.
• Participate in a regulated quality environment.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or higher with 6 months of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 2.5 years of experience.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory, manufacturing, or medical environment.
• Skills in electronic data recording and LIMS systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SQL queries and Microsoft Power Platform is desirable.
• Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
