The Senior Manager, Clinical Engineering & Data Analytics at Solventum will lead a cross-disciplinary organization focused on delivering data-driven clinical engineering outcomes and AI-enabled insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical engineering or data analytics.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with clinical treatment planning and digital health.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML methodologies.
• Proven cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and business acumen.
• Agile and growth-oriented leadership mindset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
