In Short

• Lead a team of analytics engineers while staying hands-on.
• Develop data modeling strategy and manage semantic and reverse ETL layers.
• Enable cross-functional teams to self-serve on business-critical metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders across R&D and GTM.
• Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 analytics engineers.
• Define and prioritize the analytics engineering roadmap.
• Own the development of canonical data models in dbt.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and LookML models.
• Implement quality controls and monitor operational data flows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics/data engineering.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with Looker, Census, and workflow orchestrators.
• Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional partnership experience.
• Mentorship mindset and passion for helping others grow.
