Overview

As a Key Account Manager at 3M, you will drive Food Service efforts to profitably grow with major national brands in the Quick Service Restaurant segment.

In Short

  • Lead change initiatives to achieve strategic objectives in the QSR segment.
  • Identify, develop, and convert growth opportunities to increase market share.
  • Present tailored solutions to Top 200 QSR chains.
  • Own pipeline development and management.
  • Conduct account planning including customer insight gathering.
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships across various departments.
  • Champion New Product Introduction from concept through commercialization.
  • Coordinate end-user training to drive adoption.
  • Represent 3M at industry events and trade shows.
  • Manage relationships with key channel partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Seven years of Marketing or Sales experience.
  • 5+ years of end-user key account management experience.
  • Proven experience consulting with senior executives.
  • Direct experience in the QSR segment.
  • Hands-on experience negotiating complex contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
