Overview

The Medical Director will serve as the Global Safety Lead and patient safety expert for assigned pharmaceutical products, managing safety strategy and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. with clinical experience in patient care.
  • At least 5 years in pharmaceutical industry Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance.
  • Experience with safety surveillance and risk management.
  • Knowledge of national and international PV guidelines.
  • Board certification and licensure preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with aggregate reporting and signal management.
  • Strong analytical and interpretative skills.
  • Ability to manage benefit-risk profiles.
  • Willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
